1. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

Tour Packages: customized travel experiences, including guided tours, excursions, and activities.

Flight Booking: Assistance with purchasing airline tickets for both domestic and international flights.

Visa Support: guidance and support for visa applications and processing.

Hotel Booking: Reservations for accommodation suited to your preferences and budget.

Airport Transfers: Transportation services to and from the airport.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our official channels: website, email, phone, or in person.

A booking is only confirmed once payment is made and you receive a confirmation email or receipt from Micolac Travels and Tours Ltd.

Incomplete or incorrect information provided during booking may result in delays or cancellations for which we are not responsible.

3. Payments

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

Full payment is required for flight tickets and visa services at the time of booking.

For tour packages and hotel bookings, a deposit may be required, with the balance payable before the departure date.

Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Flight Bookings: Refunds for canceled flights are subject to airline policies. Micolac Travels and Tours Ltd is not responsible for airline-imposed cancellation fees.

Tour Packages: Cancellations made 30 days before departure will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Hotel Bookings: Cancellations are subject to hotel policies, and any refunds will depend on the hotel’s cancellation terms.

Visa Support: Visa fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.

5. Visa Support

We provide visa assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval. The decision lies solely with the relevant embassy or consulate.

We are not responsible for any delays or denials by immigration authorities.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they meet the visa requirements for their destination.

6. Travel Insurance

Micolac Travels and Tours Ltd strongly recommends that all clients purchase travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, loss of baggage, and other travel-related risks.

We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the lack of appropriate insurance coverage.

7. Airport Transfers

Airport transfer services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate flight details to ensure timely pickup or drop-off.

Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

8. Changes to Bookings

Micolac Travels and Tours Ltd reserves the right to make changes to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as changes in flight schedules, hotel availability, or other factors beyond our control.

In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements of equal or greater value.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any necessary travel documentation.

Micolac Travels and Tours Ltd is not responsible for any client’s failure to comply with immigration laws or requirements.

Clients are responsible for their behavior and adherence to local laws and customs during their trip.

10. Liability

Micolac Travels and Tours Ltd. acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers.

We are not responsible for any force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest, that may impact your travel plans.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only collect and use your personal information for the purposes of providing our services.

Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Nigeria Court. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the courts of law in Nigeria.
